What to Expect
What the Boxfit for Women
Experience Is Actually Like
Walk In, Feel Welcome
When you walk through the door, you’ll be greeted by Yasmin or one of the women in class β usually with a smile. They’re some of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. You’re never left feeling alone or self-conscious; there will always be someone welcoming you over.
Warm Up & Have Fun
Yasmin lays out all the equipment β boxing gloves, focus pads, everything β so you don’t need to buy a thing. She pops some tunes on, checks in with everyone, and starts the session nice and easy with stretching and a warm-up game. Everyone ends up smiling and laughing before they’ve even realised their heart rate’s up.
Get Into It
Depending on the focus, you’ll put on boxing gloves, grab a partner and get stuck in β working on technique, cardio, conditioning, or a mix. New starters get the basics covered, and Yasmin always takes time to get you up to speed. There are breaks throughout and water whenever you need it.
Leave Feeling Brilliant
The classes focus on fun, learning, and leaving feeling healthier and happier. It’s not competitive β no one has ever been hurt or injured. All hitting is done on pads with plenty of padding. You take it at your pace, and there’s usually a “fancy grabbing coffee?” offer afterwards.

Meet Your Trainer
Yasmin β Founder & Coach
Yasmin’s journey into combat sports started over 10 years ago. After training consistently in Krav Maga for five to six years β grading, building experience, getting pushed by skilled training partners β she experienced first-hand what it’s like to be underestimated in a male-dominated space.
That’s exactly why she founded NCHF and runs ladies-only boxfit classes in Glasgow. These classes aren’t about being perfect β they’re about learning, building confidence, and having a space where you don’t have to fight to be taken seriously before you even start.
She’s come home from sessions buzzing, exhausted, sometimes even in tears β but always knowing she was getting stronger, physically and mentally. Now she creates that same transformative experience for the women who walk through her door.

Testimonials from Ladies Boxfit
“I really love the classes. I actually hadn’t done anything to with exercise since high school because it was just so out of my comfort zone but you guys create such a fun wholesome space where exercising actually didn’t feel like a chore and that’s something I’d never had before.” – Olive

“The trainer… is just great. She reads me perfectly and tailors our workouts to sufficiently get out all my mum rage …whilst taking the time and necessary steps to help me regain the physical strength and stamina I seem to have lost over the last 3 years of mumming. She’s fun, patient, strict, kind, and totally baddass. – Check out her Boxfit for Women classes tooβ¦π₯π₯” – YA-H
